Do I need to scan my face before I receive my goggles?

Yes, you need to submit a face scan through our THEMAGIC5 app. It can be downloaded for both Android and iOS. 

If you've purchased goggles from us before and they were the perfect fit, please use the same email address you used for your previous order. This allows us to automatically attach your previous scan to your new order, ensuring your new goggles fit just as perfectly.
